How This Works
Where is my data stored?
Your entries are stored securely in this site's database, protected so only your signed-in account can read or change them. No one else, including other users, can see your entries.
Does this file my return or make a payment for me?
No. This log only helps you track and export what you've withheld. Downloading a CSV does not submit anything to FBR, SRB, PRA, KPRA, BRA or ICT — you still need to log into the relevant authority's own portal yourself and complete the filing or payment there.
What's in the CSV file?
Each row is one saved entry: date, tax type, authority, category, supplier name and CNIC/NTN (if you entered them), the value, the rate applied, and the amount withheld — everything you'd typically need to fill in an authority's own upload template or return by hand.
Can I edit or delete an entry after saving it?
Yes — every row in your Entries table has edit and delete buttons. Nothing is locked once saved.
My Account
Save every withholding tax entry you calculate on this site — sales tax or income tax — and pull a CSV of your monthly totals when it's time to file. Your entries are private to your account; no one else can see them.
